Having a gas safety Certificate is compulsory by law and this must be done every year. All installations and gas appliances in each property must be reviewed annually. Our Engineers will provide you with Gas safety Certificate.

When does A gas Safety Certificate Expire ?

The Gas Certificate expire in 12 months, This must be done by a Gas safe engineer and records must be kept.

How much will a Gas Safety Certificate Cost?

You can expect yo pay between £60 -£80, this is dependent on the appliance and your location , There are additional charges for more appliances
